The Building Industry Association of Greater Chicago Board of Directors is comprised of the most influential building industry leaders in Chicagoland. Board members meet monthly to address the most pressing issues facing the association and its members. Dave Eastham - Treasurer

Dave has been part of the wholesale landscape and building industry since 2000, building his career around relationships, operational leadership, and product expertise. He currently serves as Location Manager of Lurvey’s Volo facility and as Product Line Manager for Natural Stone across the company’s multi-location footprint. He specializes in natural stone for both building and landscape applications, with deep experience in sourcing, specification, and custom stone fabrication. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with builders, contractors, architects, and designers to ensure materials are not only beautiful, but practical, profitable, and built to perform in the Midwest climate. A lifelong Illinoian, Dave is passionate about the Chicagoland market and its impact on the broader building industry. He believes strong industry associations play a critical role in education, advocacy, and strengthening connections between professionals. As part of the incoming BIAGC leadership team, he looks forward to supporting members, encouraging collaboration, and helping advance the residential building community throughout Greater Chicago.
