Judging

1. The judges will be qualified professional experts.
2. All judging will be completed completed electronically, online. KEY AWARDS involve on-site visitation, please be sure your client will accept visitors on the property/in the home/building.
3. Judges will base their evaluation on the Entry Forms information submitted and the onsite visitation.
4. The Judging Committee may deem it appropriate to adjust categories/subcategories after submissions have been received and re-categorize any entry which they consider has been entered in an incorrect category. In the event that a decision is made to move your entry to a different category/subcategory, you will be notified.
5. Judges may call the contact person to inquire about the entry.
6. Cell phone photos are allowed – Please make sure they are of high quality.

Become a Judge

• Judging Orientation will be held in September 2024. You MUST ATTEND to judge.
• All judging submissions will occur electronically, online.
• Onsite visitations will be scheduled in September 2024, you MUST BE AVAILABLE TO VISIT PHYSICAL LOCATIONS.
• A judging team will be comprised of multiple qualified professional experts. Each team will have a team leader.
• Judging teams will be assigned a specific category and will judge all entries within that category.

The team will be responsible for:

1. Attending the online judging orientation in September.

2. Each judge is to evaluate and score individually and then enter into the online system.

3. The judging will take place over a specific number of days in September.
