Scott Sevon – Managing Partner and Industry Luminary: Scott has been an integral part of our industry’s growth and progress. His involvement in various committees at BIAGC, HBAI, and NAHB is a testament to his dedication to advancing our industry. Since his induction into the HBAGC Court of Honor/Hall of Fame in 2006, he has continued to lead by example as the Chairman of the same Court of Honor committee. Scott’s commitment to continuing education is evident in his numerous designations, including CGR, CAPS, GMR, GMB, and CGP from NAHB.
Jan Sevon – The Operational Dynamo: Jan is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations at MAWCHICAGO1 LLC. Her leadership extends to managing owner and trade partner contracts, insurance needs, payrolls, budgeting, and all our accounting requirements. With her impressive background, including a two-term HBAGC PWB presidency and a CGP designation, Jan ensures that our operations run seamlessly.
