The Sales and Marketing Council of Chicagoland will be holding a special gathering on Tuesday, April 10th from 4pm – 6pm at Hines Supply, 703 W. Wesley in Wheaton.
Members and non-members alike are encouraged to attend as we have three distinguished speakers leading a discussion on turning your sales prospects into clients.
Our expert panel this evening consists of Court Airhart, President of Airhart Construction; Andy Knapp, Single Family New Construction Specialist of James Hardie Building Products; and Greg Belcher, VP of Sales with Hines Supply.
The event is free to SMC members and only $10 for non-members.

He is an active member of several HBAs and has distinguished himself by giving back to the industries he serves. From 2012 to 2014, Mitch chaired the Sales and Marketing Council of the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association. In 2014, he served as Chair for the Institute of Residential Marketing’s Board of Trustees for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He serves as the appointed Director on NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council and was an Executive Board member for the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, which distinguished him as an Associate of the Year in 2012. He was honored with the 2016 Bill Molster award and in 2018 with be the chair of BMIT and 2019 NSMC for NAHB
Mitch is the author of “Internet Marketing: The Key to Increased New Home Sales” published by BuilderBooks. Mitch has spoken at a number of tradeshows, including the International Builders’ Show, the Southern Building Show, and Sales and Marketing Councils where he encourages participants to “think like a search engine.”
Mitch also holds the MIRM (Masters in Residential Marketing), CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist), CGP (Certified Green Professional) and CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designations from NAHB and REALTOR© and ePRO© from NAR.
